We begin our day-perhaps in the Marais, perhaps Montmartre or St-Germain des Prés...a surprise that will allow us to experience the sights, smells and tastes of the city, from croissant to cheese, wine to fruit; a movable feast to make a memorable lunch! In the afternoon we climb the staircase, or if lunch has had its desired effect, by funicular, to the bohemian Butte Montmartre, with its artist dominated Place du Tertre. Here too, a magnificent view of Paris rooftops and skyline from the steps of the Basilica of Sacré Coeur.
